By simply visiting and registering at the Huggies Lounge at one of the specified Shopping Centres you could win a 3 month supply of Huggies® products

Conditions of Entry

1. Information about how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a 3 Month Supply of Huggies® Products Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. The Promotion commences at 09:00 AEST on 16 February 2011 and closes at 17:00 AEST on 18 November 2011. The Promotion comprises 9 Draw Periods (and entries can only be lodged during these Draw Periods) with one draw per month:

  • The first Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 16 February 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 28 February 2011.
  • The second Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 1 March 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 22 March 2011.
  • The third Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 23 March 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 30 April 2011.
  • The fourth Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 1 May 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 15 31 May 2011.
  • The fifth Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 1 June 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 28 June 2011.
  • The sixth Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 1 August 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 30 August 2011.
  • The seventh Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 31 August 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 30 September 2010.
  • The eighth Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 1 October 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 31 October 2011.
  • The ninth Draw Period commences at 09:00 AEST on 1 November 2011 and ends at 17:00 AEST on 18 November 2011.

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Persons less than 13 years of age and Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. To be automatically placed in the draw the entrant must, during a Draw Period:
(1) Attend a Huggies Lounge event (which will be taking place at different times and different locations across the Draw Periods in NSW, ACT, SA and Victoria – see http://www.huggies.com.au/parenting/huggies-lounge for details);
(2) Provide their details to a Huggies Lounge Ambassador at the Huggies Lounge Event to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club.

5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

6. Each valid entry received during the first Draw Period will be drawn on 9 March 2011 (Draw 1).
Each valid entry received during the second Draw Period will be drawn on 13 April 2011 (Draw 2).
Each valid entry received during the third Draw Period will be drawn on 11 May 2011 (Draw 3).
Each valid entry received during the fourth Draw Period will be drawn on 15 June 2011 (Draw 4).
Each valid entry received during the fifth Draw Period will be drawn on 13 July 2011 (Draw 5).
Each valid entry received during the sixth Draw Period will be drawn on 14 September 2011 (Draw 6).
Each valid entry received during the seventh Draw Period will be drawn on 12 October 2011 (Draw 7).
Each valid entry received during the eighth Draw Period will be drawn on 9 November 2011 (Draw 8).
Each valid entry received during the ninth Draw Period will be drawn on 7 December 2011 (Draw 9).

7. All draws will take place at 16:00AEST on the dates above at Red Ant Design L2, 162 Goulburn St Surry Hills NSW 2010. The first valid entry drawn at each draw will win a 3 month supply of Huggies® Products.

8. The 3 month supply of Huggies® Products consists of:
(1) 22 convenience size packs of Huggies® Nappies;
(2) 4 pop up tubs of Huggies® Wipes;
(3) 3 refill packs of Huggies® Wipes;
(4) 6 packs of Huggies® Change Mats; and
(5) 3 packs of Huggies® Little Swimmers Swim Pants.

9. Each 3 month supply of Huggies® Products is valued at $420. The total prize pool for prizes that may be won by Australian residents is up to a maximum of $3,780. The value of the prize(s) is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s) after that date. Limit of one prize per person.

10. The prize(s) (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prize(s) must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize(s) with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.

11. The winner will be contacted via email and phone within 5 days of the relevant draw.

12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061 as are necessary on 14 March 2011 for an unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities and under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified via email or phone.

13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.

16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.

17. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.

18. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.

19. The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

20. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay
in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

21. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.

22. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.com.au/privacy.asp. The Promoter is required to collect personal information about the entrant under the gaming laws in Australia. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
(1) the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 22;
(2) receiving from the Promoter telemarketing calls for an indefinite period of time, notwithstanding any listing of the entrant’s telephone number on the Do Not Call Register; and
(3) receiving from the Promoter commercial electronic messages, including SMS and email messages, for an indefinite period of time.
