HUGGIES® WIN a Cleaner for Mother’s Day Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the HUGGIES® WIN a Cleaner for Mother’s Day Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Promotion commences 10:00:00 AEDT on 16 March 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 AEST on 8 May 2011 (Promotion Period).

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:

1. go online to www.huggies.com.au (Huggies Website);
2. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a
   member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
3. if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
4. follow the Special Offers links to the Promotion;
5. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) and answer in 25 words or less How would you spend your extra time if you won a cleaner till the end of the year?; and;
6. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
7. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 20 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)

5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

6. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.

7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.

8. A panel of judges will choose the best 10 valid entries (10) from all valid entries received during the Draw Period at 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061.

9. Draw 1 entries received during the promotion period will be judged on 8th May 2011.

10. Winners and runners up in the promotion will receive:
Major Prize
The one (1) best valid entries will receive a Cleaner till the end of the year.

1. The major prize includes 31 weeks of household cleaning, provided by Jim’s Cleaning Services, to the value of $2,170.00.
2. The prize value is based on thirty one (31) weekly sessions of a standard single storey home, ie: 3 bed, 2 bath. Cleaning services covered may include such services as thorough vacuuming of carpeted areas, cleaning & sanitising of non carpeted areas, dusting, cleaning & disinfecting of bathroom, basic, bath, shower & mirrors, cleaning & disinfecting of toilet & laundry and cleaning & sanitising of food preparation areas.
3. Jims Cleaning Services will provide a free job assessment prior to starting and duties can be negotiated with operator based on winner’s residence. The terms of the prize including frequency of session, length of session and cleaning services provided can be negotiated between the winner of the major prize, and Jims Cleaning Services, to the value of $2,170.00.
4. The following conditions apply:
   - If a session is cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled date, the winner will forfeit that session.
   - Loadings apply to all bookings scheduled outside normal office hours. These additional charges will be the winner’s responsibility and will not be paid by the Promoter.
5. Offer available Australia wide dependent on operator availability. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable due to location or the prize winner already has existing in-home cleaning assistance, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
6. Prize is subject to prize suppliers standard Terms and Conditions. Any domestic cleaning beyond the allocated allowance per week will not be paid for by the Promoter and is the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. The cleaning service can only be redeemed at the winner’s residential address, as nominated on the entry form.
8. The prize must be redeemed by 1 June 2011, with the last cleaning session finalised by 31 December 2011.

Runners Up Prize
The thirty (30) runners up valid entries will each receive a KLEENEX VIVA® cleaning caddie that contains:
2 x VIVA® Shower Fast Wipes = $9.98
1 x Kleenex VIVA® Stainless Steel Wipes = $5.99
1 x Kleenex VIVA® Glass & Mirror Wipes = $3.99
1 x Kleenex VIVA® Paper Towels twin pack = $3.99
1 x Kleenex VIVA® Cleaning Caddy = $19.95
Each KLEENEX VIVA® cleaning caddie prize is valued at RRP $43.90.
Total prize value is up to a maximum of $3487.00.

11. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).

12. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners names will be published on the Huggies Website.

13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.

16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of
Entry.

17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.

18. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

19. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 20th June 2012 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.com.au.

20. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and promotions from Huggies® unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
