Share your Baby Room Designs for a Chance to WIN!
1. Information about how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Huggies® WIN a HICCUPS shopping spree Promotion! (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotion commences from 10:00 AEST on 11th May until 23:59 AEST on 31st August 2011 (Entry Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
5. To enter the entrant must:
a) Be a member of the Huggies Baby Club (to become a member go to www.huggies.com.au)
b) Take up to 6 original photos of your chosen baby bedroom or playroom (Note: one image must capture an overview of the entire room).
c) Submit the photo/s by logging onto www.huggies.com.au and uploading the photo/s; and
d) Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information in accordance with paragraph 26 of these Conditions of Entry.
6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
7. By submitting a photo/s the entrant is giving approval for the photo/s to be displayed on the Huggies website and voted on as part of the Promotion.
8. The entrant may enter more than once, however, each entry must be original and unique.
9. All photos must be the sole work of the entrant. No entries that are commercial in nature will be permitted.
10. All entries will be reviewed by the panel appointed by the Promoter to determine whether they are valid.
11. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be shown on the Huggies website during the Promotion Period and may continue to be used ad infinitum.
12. During the Promotion Period people who are members of Facebook may vote for the room design photo/s they like the best by “liking” the photo. Votes may be cast by “liking” more than one room design, however each room design can only be “liked” once by each person. “Likes” may be removed. Only the number of “likes” which remain at the end of the Draw Period will be counted for each photo. Note – The number of ‘likes’ displayed on the Huggies Room Design Gallery are indicative only and may not accurately reflect the true number of ‘likes’ assigned to an individual room design. Voting data is captured via Facebook and is accurate at the time of judging.
13. There will be 4 separate draw periods:
- Draw 1 – Prizes awarded for Huggies Choice and room with most votes received 1 May to 31 May 20111, drawn 1 June
- Draw 2 – Prizes awarded for Huggies Choice and room with most votes received 1 June to 30 June 2011, drawn 6 July
- Draw 3 – Prizes awarded for Huggies Choice and room with most votes received 1 July to 31 July 2011, drawn 3 August
- Draw 4 – Prizes awarded for Huggies Choice and room with most votes received 1 August to 31 August 2011, drawn 7 September
At the end of each voting and judging period, the Room Design with the highest number of votes will each be awarded a ‘People’s Choice’ prize. Huggies will also announce one lucky winner to be awarded the “Huggies Choice Award”. The Huggies Choice Award winner will not be determined by the number of votes they receive. Instead, this prize will be chosen by a panel of judges as selected by Huggies.
14. Each “People’s Choice Prize” winner and “Huggies Choice Award” winner will receive $200 worth of goods from Hiccups Kids or Hiccups Babies Range – Linen House Pty Ltd. Total prize value is $1600.
15. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each state and Territory where relevant.
16. The names of the winners will be published on the Huggies website (www.huggies.com.au). Winners will also be notified by email or telephone.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and photos, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Any entry made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with photos is void. The winners must retain their photo to claim a prize.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entry.
20. The Promoter has no control over the internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
21. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
22.. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting a prize is the responsibility of the winner.
23. The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate modify of suspend the Promotion.
25. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 6th April 2012 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.com.au.
26. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter and the Promoter’s agents, licensees and assigns infringing the entrant’s moral rights in any works in the entrant’s entry for an indefinite period of time by:
a) not naming the entrant as the author of a work and naming the Promoter or an employee of the Promoter as the author;
b) amending or modifying (whether by changing, adding to or deleting/removing) any part of a work.
27. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available on the Huggies website (www.huggies.com.au). The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners and of marketing the Promoters products and services, including direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to other parties including those involved in administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, fulfilment houses and advertising and PR agencies. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below.
By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
• i) the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 27.
• ii) receiving from the Promoter telemarketing calls for an indefinite period of time, not withstanding any listings of the entrant’s telephone number on the DO NOT CALL register; and
• iii) receiving from the Promoter commercial electronic messages, including SMS and email messages, for an indefinite period of time.
• iv) the publication of the winner’s name through the media and on the Huggies website.

Q. Do I have to be a member of the Huggies Baby Club to enter this promotion?
A. Yes, this is a special offer available only to our Huggies Baby Club members in Australia. If you are not a Huggies Baby Club member, you can submit your entry and join at the same time by clicking on the ‘Join’ button below.
NOTE: Images uploaded that are commercial in nature will be removed.
Q. I am having trouble uploading my images and making an entry into this promotion?
A. Please ensure you follow the steps outlined in the “How to Enter” information. If not, feel free to please contact us at Huggies so we can assist you.
Q. How many times can I enter?
A. There is no limit to the number of times you can enter this promotion. Just remember that each room design that you upload must be unique (that is you can only enter one room design once).
Q. How many photos can I upload to showcase my room design?
A. You can upload as many as 6 images into your room design profile so that you can showcase all the aspects of your baby’s room. Remember to ensure that one of them shows an overview of the entire room.
(NB: Maximum file size is 500KB. Only JPEG and GIF files types will be accepted. Files that are close to the maximum size may take a few minutes to load.)
Q. When can I enter this promotion?
A. This promotion is open from 4th May to August 31, 2011. Each month during the promotion period all room designs that have been uploaded to the Huggies Room Design Gallery will be eligible to win prizes. At the end of each month Facebook voting reverts to ‘0’ and a new voting period commences.
Q. How do I vote?
A. To vote for an entry, you will need to click on the “Like” button available on the individual voting page. To do this, you will need to be a Facebook member. If you do not have a Facebook account, and would like to vote, please go to www.facebook.com.
Spread the news to your family, friends and colleagues to vote for your baby by sending them the link to your baby’s voting page. You can do this by clicking on the “Share” tag” button on the top of your baby’s voting page and selecting either Facebook/Twitter/Email. Note that your family, friends and colleagues voting will also need a Facebook account to vote.
Q. Who can vote for the people’s choice winners?
A. Voting is open to anyone provided they have a Facebook account. Facebook is free to join, click here to become a member.
Q. How many winners each month?
A. At the end of each voting and judging period, the Room Design with the highest number of votes will each be awarded a ‘People’s Choice” prize. Huggies will also announce one lucky winner to be awarded the “Huggies Choice Award”. The Huggies® Choice Award winner will not be determined by the number of votes they receive. Instead, this prize will be chosen by a panel of judges as selected by Huggies. Each winner will receive up to $200 value of Hiccups products direct from Linenhouse Pty Ltd. A Huggies representative will be in touch to assist you in the selection of products if you are winner.
Q. Can I vote for my own entry?
A. Yes.
Q. Can a person vote more than once for the same entry?
A. No. Voting is limited to one Facebook account per person voting.
Q. I am not a member of Facebook can I still enter the competition?
A. Yes, however you can only enter the competition if you are a Huggies Baby Club member. You can, however, only participate in voting if you are a Facebook member. Click here to become a Facebook member.
Q. What happens if I don’t have a large network of friends and family to support me with votes.
A. Huggies will award one winner from the promotion as the “Huggies Choice” and this winner will not be determined by the number of votes received.
