In the Night Garden, an award winning program for pre-schoolers from the BBC is a thoroughly modern interpretation of a nursery rhyme picture book. It is a place that is inhabited by a diverse community of toys that care for each other unconditionally. It takes children on a journey to a magical place that exists between waking and sleeping in a child’s imagination.

In the Night Garden is about having fun but it also has some valuable child developmental benefits. The DVDs use repetition and anticipation to build confidence, satisfaction and enjoyment. WIN an In the Night Garden Prize Pack Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the WIN an In the Night Garden Prize Pack Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Promotion commences at 10:00:00 AEST on 22nd June 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 AEDT on 4th October 2011 (Promotion Period).

3. To enter, entrants must:
a. Visit www.huggies.com.au;
b. Click on the promotion’ link;
c. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
d. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
e. Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
e. Simply fill in the entry form and share in 25 words or less, How do you encourage your baby to play and explore the world around them? (‘Promotion Question’); and
f. submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button.

4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion.

5. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by Promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter, as follows:
• Entries received 21 June May – 31 July 2011 will be judged by 10 August 2011
• Entries received 1 – 30 August 2011 will be judged by 14 September 2011
• Entries received 1 September – 4 October 2011 will be judged by 12 October 2011

8. There will be 10 winners of a prize for each draw period. There are a total of 30 winners in the entire promotion.

9. Each Winner will receive an In the Night Garden DVD and Character Collection prize pack valued at $59.89. The total prize pool is valued at $1796.70. The In the Night Garden DVD and Character Collection prize pack includes:

• In the Night Garden: Best Friends DVD RRP $19.95
• In the Night Garden: All Together DVD RRP $19.95
• In the Night Garden Character Collection RRP $19.99.

10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.com.au) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.

11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 7 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.

12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.

13. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.

14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.

15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.

16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.

17. 18. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.

The promoter is required to collect personal information about the entrant under the gaming laws in Australia. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and receiving from the promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and Promotions from Huggies’ unless otherwise advised by the entrant, and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the promoter, the entrant cannot enter the promotion.
