HUGGIES® Change Mats Maclaren Stroller PROMOTION
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies® Change Mats Maclaren Stroller Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 12:00 AEST on 5 October 2011 and entries close at 11:59 AEST on 1 February 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18+ years and members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum To Be Club. If you are not already a member, you can join online at www.huggies.com.au. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
Entry
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
(1) purchase a 4-pack of Huggies Change Mats (Purchased Product) during the Promotion Period;
(2) retain the barcode from the Purchased Product (Purchase Barcode) and the receipt showing the qualifying Purchased Product and the date and time of purchase (Purchase Receipt) as proof of purchase;
(3) log onto www.huggies.com.au (Huggies Website);
(4) click on the competition link on the Huggies Website to enter the Promotion;
(5) complete all the information requested for entry into the Promotion including:
(a) Personal contact information;
(b) Purchase Barcode number; and
(6) press ‘enter’ to enter the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. An entrant may enter more than once. However, the Purchase Barcode and associated Purchase Receipt may be used for one (1) entry only.
7. Entrants must retain proof of purchase for all entries submitted.
8. The entrant MUST, within seven (7) days of being asked, provide to the Promoter documents requested by the Promoter to establish eligibility to enter, including original Purchase Barcode and original Purchase Receipt. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidations of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute
10. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
11. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
12. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines including bugs/viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
Draw
13. There are four (4) separate draw periods
14. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed in a draw to be drawn via electronic draw tool to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street Milsons Point NSW, 2061 at [10:00]. There are four (4) separate draw periods, and all entries received between:
1. 12:00 AEST on 5 October 2011 and 11:59 AEST on 2 November 2011 will be placed in a draw to be drawn 8 November 2011(Draw 1);
2. [12:00] AEST on 2 November 2011 and 11:59 AEST on 7 December will be placed in a draw to be drawn on 13 December 2011 (Draw 2);
3. [12:00] AEST on 7 December 2011 and 11:59 AEST on 4 January 2012 will be placed in a draw to be drawn on 10 January 2012 (Draw 3);
4. [12:00] AEST on 4 January 2012 and 11:59 AEST on 1 February 2012 will be placed in a draw to be drawn on 7 February 2012 (Draw 4);
15. The first four (4) valid entries drawn electronically at random at each draw will each win a Techno XLR Maclaren Stroller.
16. The winners will be notified in writing by e-mail and by telephone within two (2) working days of each draw, and the winners’ names will be displayed on the Huggies Website and published in The Australian on the following dates:
1. Draw 1: 23 November 2011
2. Draw 2: 21 December 2011
3. Draw 3: 25 January 2012
4. Draw 4: 22 February 2012
17. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary for an unclaimed prize at the same place and time as the original draw on 23 May 2012, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities. The winners of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by e-mail and by telephone on 24 May 2012 and details of the winner of any unclaimed prize will be displayed on the Huggies Website and published in The Australian on 6 June 2012.
Prizes
18. The Prize consists of:
One (1) Techno XLR Maclaren Stroller, valued at $599.
19. The Prize is valued at $599 each with 16 to be won in total. The total prize pool is up to a maximum of $9,584.
20. The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
21. The Prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
22. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
23. The Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 28 days after the draw.
24. Unless expressly stated in these Conditions of Entry all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
General
25. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the Prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
26. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
27. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
28. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winners, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request). An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
29. The winners agree to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winners’ name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
