1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a stylish OiOi Baby Bag full of Huggies® Products promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 14:00:00 AEDT on 14th November 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 AEDT on 30th November 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. To enter, entrants must:
a. Visit www.huggies.com.au;
b. Click on the promotion’ link;
c. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
d. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
e. Simply fill in the entry form and share in 25 words or less What is the most valuable conception or pregnancy tip you can share? (‘Promotion Question’); and
f. submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button.
4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion.
5. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.com.au) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 7 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
