To take part in this promotion you need to get out and have some fun with water play, take a snap or two of your baby or toddler wearing their Huggies Little Swimmers® swimpants and send it in to us here at Huggies. Each week throughout summer, our team will select 3 winners and they’ll feature on our website and Facebook page.

Terms and Conditions
Huggies Little Swimmers® Beach Photo Competition
1. Information about how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Huggies Little Swimmers® Beach Photo Competition (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotion commences with entries being received from 10:00 AEDT on 5th December 2011 until 23:59 AEDT on 25th March 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
5. To enter the entrant must:
a) Be a member of the Huggies Baby Club (to become a member go to www.huggies.com.au)
b) Take a photo of her/his baby aged 0-4 years wearing Huggies Little Swimmers® swimpants.
c) Submit the photo by logging onto www.huggies.com.au and uploading the photo;
d) Complete the online entry form; and
e) Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information in accordance with paragraph 26 of these Conditions of Entry.
6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
7. By submitting a photo the entrant is giving approval for the photo to be displayed on the Huggies website and judged as part of the Promotion.
8. The entrant may enter once each week.
9. All photos must be the sole work of the entrant.
10. All entries will be reviewed by the panel appointed by the Promoter to determine whether they are valid.
11. All valid entries received during the Entry Period will be shown on the Huggies website and may continue to be used ad infinitum.
12. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by Promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter, as follows:
• Draw 1 – Entries received Monday 5th December – Sunday 11th December will be judged by 14th December 2011
• Draw 2 – Entries received Monday 12th December – Sunday 18th December will be judged by 21st December 2011
• Draw 3 – Entries received Monday 19th December – Sunday 25th December will be judged by 28th December 2011
• Draw 4 – Entries received Monday 26th December – Sunday 1st January will be judged by 4th January 2012
• Draw 5 – Entries received Monday 2nd January – Sunday 8th January will be judged by 11th January 2012
• Draw 6 – Entries received Monday 9th January – Sunday 15th January will be judged by 18th January 2012
• Draw 7 – Entries received Monday 16th January – Sunday 22nd January will be judged by 25th January 2012
• Draw 8 – Entries received Monday 23rd January – Sunday 29th January will be judged by 1st February 2012
• Draw 9 – Entries received Monday 30th January – Sunday 5th February will be judged by 8th February 2012
• Draw 10 – Entries received Monday 6th February – Sunday 12th February will be judged by 15th February 2012
• Draw 11 – Entries received Monday 13th February – Sunday 19th February will be judged by 22nd February 2012
• Draw 12 – Entries received Monday 20th February – Sunday 26th February will be judged by 29th February 2012
• Draw 13 – Entries received Monday 27th February – Sunday 4th March will be judged by 7th March 2012
• Draw 14 – Entries received Monday 5th March – Sunday 11th March will be judged by 13th March 2012
• Draw 15 – Entries received Monday 12th March – Sunday 18th March will be judged by 21st March 2012
• Draw 16 – Entries received Monday 19th March – Sunday 25th March will be judged by 28th March 2012
13. The three (3) winners of each draw period will win a Beach Umbrella with Huggies Little Swimmers® swimpants branding (valued at $39.99), plus a pack of Huggies Little Swimmers® swimpants (RRP$12.83) in a size specified at the time of entry.
Each prize is valued at $52.83. Total prize pool is valued at $2535.36.
14. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each state and Territory where relevant.
15. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 12 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
16. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and photos, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Any entry made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with photos is void. The winners must retain their photo to claim a prize.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entry.
19. The Promoter has no control over the internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
20. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
21. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting a prize is the responsibility of the winner.
22. The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
23. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate modify of suspend the Promotion.
24. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 27th June 2012 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.com.au.
25. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter and the Promoter’s agents, licensees and assigns infringing the entrant’s moral rights in any works in the entrant’s entry for an indefinite period of time by:
a) not naming the entrant as the author of a work and naming the Promoter or an employee of the Promoter as the author;
b) amending or modifying (whether by changing, adding to or deleting/removing) any part of a work.
26. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available on the Huggies website (www.huggies.com.au). The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners and of marketing the Promoters products and services, including direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to other parties including those involved in administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, fulfilment houses and advertising and PR agencies. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below.
By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
• i) the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 26.
• ii) receiving from the Promoter telemarketing calls for an indefinite period of time, not withstanding any listings of the entrant’s telephone number on the DO NOT CALL register; and
• iii) receiving from the Promoter commercial electronic messages, including SMS and email messages, for an indefinite period of time.
• iv) the publication of the winner’s name through the media and on the Huggies website.
