Why not get your Playgroup* involved in supporting Jeans for Genes® Day by organising a fun “Denim Day” event during the first week of August. Huggies are offering terrific prizes for the most “Denim” Playgroups.

To get started, you will need to be a member of Playgroup Australia and a Huggies Baby Club member. If you’re not already a Playgroup member this is easy to do; see the Playgroup banner below for details. You can join the Huggies Club now or when you return to upload your photo of your Playgroup event.
How to get involved

It’s so easy to get involved, just follow these simple steps.

Step 1 – Nominate one member from your playgroup to register with the CMRI as a Jeans for Genes Day “Genie”. The CMRI will then send you a fundraising kit with some Jeans for Genes Day merchandise to sell at your event.

Step 2 – Start planning your event. You might like to include a Toddler Denim Fashion Parade or check out the host of other fun denim inspired ideas for your playgroup including easy stencils to print and colour in, plus fun morning tea ideas.

Step 3 – The week before your event, let everyone know what will be happening on your “Denim Day” and how to get involved. You could use our ‘Denim Day’ Invitation and fill in any specific details for your own playgroup.

Encourage everyone to come along dressed in denim and participate in a kids fashion parade.

Step 4 – Take a great photograph of your group on ‘Denim Day’, go to www.huggies.com.au/Denim and follow the steps below for your chance to win one of ten x $100.00 cash prizes for your Playgroup.

How to enter your Playgroup ‘Denim Day’ photo

1. You will need to be a member of Playgroup Australia and have registered with the CMRI as a Jeans for Genes Day “Genie”, plus be a member of one of the Huggies Clubs. Join the Huggies Baby Club or sign in if you are already a member. 2. Then select the “Enter” button at the bottom of the page. 3. Provide a brief description of your “Denim Day Event” and upload a photo of your Playgroup getting involved. Note: By entering into the promotion you confirm that each parent/guardian depicted in the photograph has granted their permission for Kimberly-Clark Australia to use the photograph in connection with the promotion of Huggies and the Jeans for Genes Day event- including for display on the internet, in advertising materials and in local media, such as newspapers.

There is one entry allowed per member.
