“Win an Art and Craft Activity Pack” promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Win an Art and Craft Activity Pack” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 22:00:00 AEST on 22nd January 2010. Entries close at 11:59:59 AEST on 30th April 2010.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are current members of Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Persons under the age of 18, and Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.   
4. For a chance to win, entrants must:
   
   1. Visit www.huggies.com.au;
   2. Click on the “promotion” link;
   3. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
   4. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
   5. Tell us in 25 words or less your favourite art and craft activity to do with your child, and submit your answer by clicking on the "submit entry" button, and
   6. Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 18 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry).

5. There will be 3 separate draws for the Promotion. All draws will take place at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street Milsons Point NSW, 2061 at 16:00 AEST. All valid entries received between:
   
   1. 22nd January and 28th February 2010 will be placed in a draw to take place on 10th March 2010 (Draw 1);
   2. 1st March 2010 and 31st March 2010 will be placed in a draw to take place on 7th April 2010 (Draw 2);
   3. 1st April 2010 and 30th April 2010 will be placed in a draw to take place on 5th May 2010 (Draw 3);

   There will be 10 winners will be selected each draw.

6. 10 winners each month of the “Win an Art and Craft Activity Pack” Promotion will win:
   
   • one pack of Things to Make and Do Cards rrp $12.99
     
   • one pack of Things to Draw and Paint Cards rrp $12.99
   • one pack of Things to Bake Cards1 rrp $12.99

   Each Art and Craft Activity Pack is valued at $38.97. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $1,169.10

7. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
8. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
9. The winners will be advised via email and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 14th July 2010 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.com.au.
14. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
15. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
16. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server faults or problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes. Entrants will not be entered into the Promotion if they do not consent to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants can access and correct the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter on 02 9963 8888. The Promoter’s full privacy policy is available at www.kca.com.au. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities.
