Win a 6 Month Supply of Huggies® Products Promotion
1. Information about how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Win a 6 Month Supply of Huggies® Products Promotion” (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion commences at 10:01 AEST on 1 September 2011 and closes at 24:00 AEST on 31 August 2012 (Entry Period). There 4 Quarterly Draw Periods during the Entry Period. The first Quarterly Draw Period commences at 10:01 AEST on 1 September 2011 and ends at 24:00 AEST on 30 November 2011. The second Quarterly Draw Period commences at 00:01 AEST on 1 December 2011 and ends at 24:00 AEST on 29 February 2012. The third Quarterly Draw Period commences at 00:01 AEST on 1 March 2012 and ends at 24:00 AEST on 31 May 2012. The fourth Quarterly Draw Period commences at 00:01 AEST on 1 June 2012 and ends at 24:00 AEST on 31 August 2012.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are current members of the Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum to Be Club. Persons less than 13 years of age and Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4 To enter the entrant must, during the Entry Period:
(1) Visit the Huggies® website (www.huggies.com.au);
(2) Follow the links to the Promotion page;
(3) Accurately enter his or her personal information into the Promotion online entry form; and
(4) Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information in accordance with paragraph 21 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry).
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. The Entrant may enter more than once, but each entry must be completed on a separate on-line entry form and the entrant may not submit more than one entry per week.
7. Each valid entry received during the first Quarterly Draw Period will be placed in a draw on 7 December 2011 (Draw 1). Each valid entry received during the second Quarterly Draw Period will be placed in a draw on 7 March 2012 (Draw 2). Each valid entry received during the third Quarterly Draw Period will be placed in a draw on 7 June 2012 (Draw 3). Each valid entry received during the fourth Quarterly Draw Period will be placed in a draw on 7 September 2012 (Draw 4). All draws will take place at 16:00AEST at 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061. The first valid entry drawn at each draw will win a 6 month supply of Huggies® Products.
8. The 6 month supply of Huggies® Products consists of:
(1) 42 convenience size packs of Huggies® Nappies valued at $587.58;
(2) 8 pop up tubs of Huggies® Wipes valued at $50.32;
(3) 6 refill packs of Huggies® Wipes valued at $35.94;
(4) 12 packs of Huggies® Change Mats valued at $47.88; and
(5) 6 packs of Huggies® Little Swimmers Swim Pants valued at $76.32.
9. Each 6 month supply of Huggies® Products is valued at $798.04 each. There are four (4) 6 month supply of Huggies® Products to be won. The total prize pool is up to a maximum of $3,192.16. The value of the prize(s) is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s) after that date.
10. The prize(s) (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The prize(s) must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize(s) with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
11. The winner will be notified in writing by email within 2 days of the relevant Draw. The winners’ name will be published on the Huggies website and in The Australian on 12 December 2011 (for Draw 1), 12 March 2012 (for Draw 2), 11 June 2012 (for Draw 3) and 10 September 2012 (for Draw 4).
12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061 as are necessary on 13 December 2012 for an unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by email within 2 days of the relevant draw and details of the
winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on the Huggies website and in The Australian on 17 December 2012.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and online entry forms, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Any entry made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with entry forms is void.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
17. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for any reason.
18. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
