Huggies® Mum to Be OiOi Baby Bag Pack promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the HUGGIES® Mum to Be Baby Bag Pack Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 10:00:00 AEDT on 1st April 2010 and entries close at 23:59:59 AEST on 31st December 2010 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents.  Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
   
   
   
   1. go online to www.huggies.com.au (Huggies Website);
   1. follow the Special Offers links to the Promotion;
   2. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
      
   3. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. If you are already a member, sign in to the Huggies Website;
   4. press ‘enter’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
   5. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter.  Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.  
6. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted.  All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality.  This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.
8. Promotion draws will be held at 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061, the panel of judges will choose the best 5 valid entries from all valid entries received during the Draw Period.

   • Draw 3 – 7  July 2010 (for all entries received during June)
   • Draw 4 – 4 August 2010 (for all entries received during July)
   • Draw 5 – 1 September 2010 (for all entries received during August)
   • Draw 6 – 6 October 2010 (for all entries received during September)
   • Draw 7 – 3 November 2010 (for all entries received during October)
   • Draw 8 – 1 December 2010 (for all entries received during November)
   • Draw 9 – 12 January 2011 (for all entries received during December)
9. The best 5 valid entries will each receive a Huggies Mum to Be Baby Bag Pack, valued at RRP $170.32. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $7664.40.
10. The Huggies Mum to Be Baby Bag Pack includes:
    
    
    
    • one pack of Huggies Newborn Nappies 18 pack RRP $7.99;
      
    • one Newborn & Sensitive Huggies Baby Wipes Pop-Up Tub RRP $6.35;
      
    • one refillable hard pack of Huggies Baby Wipes RRP $2.99;
      
    • one pack of Huggies Change Mats RRP $3.99; and
      
    • An OiOi Sophisticated Baby Bag RRP $149.00
11. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.  The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.  The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
12. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners names will be published on the Huggies Website.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.  The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.    
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.  The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion.  By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion).  By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and promotions from Huggies® unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
