Ok so this book is great. When I am short of things to do with my two year old son (Tiny Turtle) this book has all the answers.
Using things found around the home, it shows us how to (a) prevent boredom (i.e naughtiness) during wet weather with ideas for indoor play, arts and crafts projects, and kitchen activities, (b) stimulate your little ones curiosity with activities that will develop some key skills and encourage their mental growth and © give you some ideas for special occasion and long trip activities.
This is a book written with wamth, humour and insight, and is required reading for anyone raising or teaching toddlers – a great gift idea for the grandparents or carers in your toddlers life. Developed by mother and homeschooler Trish Kuffner , this book encourages us to easily and confidently provide new activities for the toddlers in our care.
If you are past the toddler stage and are instead trying to entertain a preschooler there is a book for you too! 350+ Free Activities for Preschoolers.
