Is it okay to give my 1o months old baby flaxmeal? I add them to her meals.
Yes indeed flaxseed is great. Ideally look at both whole and ground as they do different things. The whole seeds added to cooking act as a demulcent (lubricator and gel), feeding all the lovely healthy bacteria in the intestinal canal. Where as the ground seeds offer some lovely healthy oils to nourish cells.
The theory now is to offer such things as nuts and seeds rather than avoid them, in order to reduce allergies. So you are on the ball!
