Fish Rice Porridge

A simple fish dish that is yummy and fresh, add in some veggies for extra flavour such as beans or baby corn!
- Half hoki fish with bone, or fish fillet and fish bone
- Full handful of rice
- 900 ml water
- Firstly, boil the fish bone with water for 15-20 mins and then fish soup is ready.
- Secondly, boil rice with fish soup and boneless fish fillet until smooth.
- Give appropriate amount to baby and put the rest of porridge into refrigerator for next meal. Best to finish it within 2 days.
