A simple fish dish that is yummy and fresh, add in some veggies for extra flavour such as beans or baby corn!

Fish rice porridge


  • Half hoki fish with bone, or fish fillet and fish bone
  • Full handful of rice
  • 900 ml water


  1. Firstly, boil the fish bone with water for 15-20 mins and then fish soup is ready.
  2. Secondly, boil rice with fish soup and boneless fish fillet until smooth.
  3. Give appropriate amount to baby and put the rest of porridge into refrigerator for next meal. Best to finish it within 2 days.
