Lamb meatballs with mint jelly sauce

A protein-rich meal the kids are guaranteed to love. To adapt for baby, simply blend 2 meatballs with boiled water.
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup mint jelly
- Combine mince, onion, egg, cumin and breadcrumbs in a bowl and form into 20 balls.
- Heat a little oil in a frypan. Cook meatballs over a medium heat for 12 mins or until cooked through.
- Combine mint jelly with 2 tbsp of water and warm. Serve with meatballs.
Baby meal: Blend 2 meatballs and 1 tbsp of boiled water if necessary.
