Sweet Fruity Tofu

A great vegan dish that is packed full of nutrients! Babies will love the sweet texture, try adding in different fruit such as prunes and apples or mangoes and pineapple!
To make 1 serving (best made fresh):
- 1x 3cm square of hard Tofu
- 2 dried Apricots
- 1/3 banana
- Place 3 ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add breast milk or formula if you need a smoother consistency and serve.
