Hi! I have a 3 year old and a 13 month old. My 3 year old boy is waking through the night and coming to our room. We take him back to his bed and he usually goes back to sleep quite well but this may happen 2-3 times per night. Then he will wake about 5:30am and come into our bed but doesn`t always go back to sleep. We feel that because he is not getting a godd nights sleep his behaviour can be difficult the following day (especially if he doesn;t have a daytime sleep!). What can you suggest to break this cycle? And is there any way that children can learn to stay in bed until a more appropriate "wake-up" time?
