I have pretty much planned any outings around DD's routine. I'm fairly regimented myself though, ex defence force so I can blame them - lol. I go for a walk every day, but only socialise 2-3 times a week, two of those being baby gym and swimming lesson. Mind you, we have no family here - if we did, I think I would be out and about a lot more. I think what is good for you, is good for bubs. If your not happy, bubs is going to sense it and probably play up a bit.

DD is 3yr 8 months - DS is 6 months

Hi we go out probably 2-3 times a week and visist friends and family and Jaye has swimming lessons every tuesdays at 9.00am so we are there for half ahour and she loves it and meet other mums and than we probably go shopping but I do this within the routine that she has or other wise im in trouble with Jaye and she get grumpy and tired.

But keeps us happy and it good to get out of the house and see things or people.
