Accreta? Lock Rss

Hi, I'm 20 weeks with my third baby. I have had two c-sections and now may have placenta accreta. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance.
Placenta accreta is a general term used to describe the clinical condition when part of the placenta or the entire placenta, too deeply, entangling to its tissue and blood vessels in the uterine wall.
Placenta accreta is more likely to happen if the patient has had previous caesarean deliveries. Since you have previous histories you are more prone to it. The chances of having placenta accreta increase with each C-section. Generally the recommended management in such cases is planned preterm caesarean hysterectomy with the placenta left in situ because removal of the placenta can cause excessive blood loss.
