Kids who refuse.. Lock Rss

Since dd started to walk, I had her wearing Havaianas because it was summer during that time and to this day..she still wears them. She refuse to wear socks (even when its cold) and closed shoes <img src='https://www.huggies.com.au/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' />

Has any of your kids refuse to wear anything in particular?
that would suck and DS doesn't at the moment but he doesn't usually like to get dressed though and usually takes his socks and shoes off in the car
Hats. When little master was 1 had a battle to keep his hat on, i had the one that you had material that you could join together under his chin. He screamed one time, sound like he was being murdered. Now he loves wearing hats.

Little man is t-shirts, i have trouble getting them on, he does his lolly and if you don't move fast enough he pulls it off and drops it onto the floor.

Haha usually is a battle dressing them hey wink
She use to wear socks when she was little, but since she started wearing thongs..she doesnt want to wear them sad
Gahh..I should've got her to wear closed shoes/socks more often! *FacePalm*

Haha, glad he likes wearing them now smile

We have an issue with DS2 and jumpers. Absolutely hates them.

That would be tricky to deal with on cold days sad

I've got the same problem at the moment with the hats - DS since 7 months, the second something touches his head, his hands go up and pull it off!!! Also, the socks - the second they're on he's trying to pull them off. Thankfully, he doesn't seem to pull shoes off yet, so if really cold, I'll put socks and then shoes on....

Shes already been through winter without wearing any..guess her cold feet doesnt phase her <img src='https://www.huggies.com.au/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' /> roll eyes sighs..
My DS hates wearing new shoes. Whenever I buy him a new pair he freaks out like his attached to the old ones.
But i tell him to go show daddy how cool they look and he gets over it smile

we had the jumper drama too.
when my DS was about 2, he refused to wear a jumper, or would pull it off straight away. Made for some strange looks (at me) when my son was running around the park on a cold morning in only his long sleeve t-shirt. arrgh.

But by the end of winter he decided he liked jumpers....
it was then a battle to take it off him in summer... sigh roll eyes

lucky we are over all that now

Mr J (April 2005) Miss Z (Feb 2007) and Miss O (Oct 2010)

DD doesn't refuse but insists 90% of the time on wearing gum boots. She has since she started walking at 9 months, we now have 3 pairs going at any one time so at least we can match colours to the outfit she's wearing wink
