You spend tons on the latest toys to entertain your tot. But all you really need to amuse him are a few rolls of tape!
CAUTION: Adult supervision is always recommended when creating these crafts. Please note that there may be small parts for some of the crafts that could be a choking hazard for children under three years of age and/or tools needing close adult supervision. Created crafts may not be intended for use as toys and these should only be used with adult supervision by children under three years of age.
Need a quick way to keep your child busy? Look no further than your desk drawer for some tape. As surprising as it sounds, tape offers countless game possibilities all rolled into one. Try these fun ideas:
- Ball up masking tape to create a tactile-stimulation toy.
- Make tape designs on a piece of construction paper. Allow your child to unstick them.
- Stack different-colored rolls of masking tape on an empty paper towel roll.
- Wrap an empty paper towel holder with a long strip of tape and allow your child to unwind it.
