An active way to teach the alphabet.
Learning about letters doesn’t have to mean sitting inside reciting the alphabet. If your little one won’t sit still, put her energy to good use with this outdoor alphabet activity.
- Scatter letter cookie-cutters or plastic molds on the lawn in your backyard. Have your child search for all of the letters and bring them back to you.
- When she has retrieved them all, help her put them in the correct order. She’ll be so proud of her job well done.
- Great for play dates and birthday parties, this activity really makes learning fun!
