12WBT the final round up.

12WBT the final round up.

So the simple facts are these.
7.5kg GONE.
41.5cm GONE.
They haven’t vanished of their own free will. Lots of sweat and self discipline went into making it happen. But I know now I can do it. And more importantly I have the knowledge as to how to do it.

I have made new friends along the way and tried and found lots of things that I enjoy doing.

I can’t recommend the Michelle Bridges 12WBT programme highly enough. Thanks to it I have cholesterol in a healthy range again and I am now medication free. My kids have a healthy and energetic mum again and my husband can’t get over how happy I am.

Sometimes though, pictures speak louder than words. This is a compilation of before and after shots from the 12WBT programme and shows the progress I have made. Do you remember how at the start of the programme I dreamed of finding the perfect dress? Well I found it and was able to wear it with confidence and pride thanks to 12WBT.

Will I be signing up for next year?
You bet!
