Mango and haloumi salad

Complete your perfect BBQ menu with this delicious summer salad. Serves 2.
- 1/2 packet of South Cape Haloumi, cut into strips and grilled.
- 1 x mango, cheeks sliced into strips, skin removed, and flesh grilled.
- Handful of rinsed sunflower sprouts.
- Half a red onion, sliced into rings.
- Dash of Kraft Balsamic Salad Dressing.
Arrange sprouts on each plate. Top with slices of grilled haloumi and grilled mango.
Garnish with onion rings and sprinlke lightly with salad dressing.
