Vegetable Stir Fry

This can be served with rice or rolled inside a burrito wrap or a vege under your fish or meat.
So versitile and quick


  • A stir fry with about 6-7 cups of any surplus veges,
  • like yellow and green courgettes, beans, spinach,
  • spring onions,corn kernels,capsicum or chilli.


Lightly pan fry, then add a small amount of vege or chicken stock(1/2 to 3/4 cup).Reduce liquid until mix is cooked to how you like it.
