Sleep advice

Hi Alex
My little boy is 9 months old and is still a little wakeful during the night. When he wakes I used to give him a top up of milk as was under the impression that he was waking up because he was hungry. I was told that he should be sleeping through the night by now (and does on some occasions) Now when he wakes I have just been going in a putting his dummy back in and walking out, however he is still waking 2 - 3 times a night.

He is on solids and is a great eater. Has pureed vegies for tea, then custard or yoghurt and a bottle of milk before bed.
Do you have any advice on how to get him to sleep through on a more regular basis?
Kind regards
