It`s becomming really difficult to walk, move in bed, sit for too long

Hi Alex! I`m 36weeks Pregnant.. My question is about the pain I have at the moment. It`s becomming really difficult to walk, move in bed, sit for too long. It feels likes all between my legs is either bruised or I`ve pulled all the muscles.. along the pelvic bones - they feel bruised but they don`t hurt to touch or press on them, mainly just when I move around. Not sure what it is, but I wish the pain would stop!! :)

Answer: Hi, Your pelvis may have some separation at the pubic bone. This can happen in late pregnancy from the influence of hormones that help the ligaments around your bones loosen and soften. You may need to see a Physiotherapist to assist your mobility. Talk to your health care professionals to see what may be available. Best wishes, Alex
