I am already alot bigger than I was with my first, and I can`t get comfortable
I am 26 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I am already alot bigger than I was with my first but I cant get comfortable to sleep I have tried body pillows etc and nothing works. I also have pain (only on my left side) after sitting or lying down. Can you suggest something that may help?
You could try doing some regular exercise such as walking or swimming as this can assist sleep. It is also good for muscle pain. Yoga during pregnancy is also great for finding techniques to help sleep.
