My fundal height is measuring at 40cm. Is this normal?

Hi I am 35 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my third child, my due date is the 6th march. My fundal height is measuring at 40cm Is this normal? With my two other kids i usually measured 1-2 cm higher than my weeks and they were 8lb9oz 8lb8oz. Does this mean that i am having a massive baby?
It may be possible that I am further along than i think as my periods are usually 5-7 days and fairly heavy, but my last period was only 2 days and i only spotted there was barely anything there. But my dates seem to match pretty well with my ultrasound which says im due the 12th march. Also I keep getting stitch like pains along the underside of my belly especially if I am shopping or walking around and they are quite painful. A couple of times I thought I was going into labour but if i sit down and rest they go away after around 20min.

Sorry for the essay but I really feel like I could go into labour at any moment, and the bub doesnt seem to have much room to move and when it does it can be quite painful. Your advice would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards
Reidena

Answer: Hi Reidena, Thank you for your enquiry. Sometimes that measurement of your uterus can be inaccurate, especially if it is your third child. You may be noticing the general aches and pains of this pregnancy a little more. From what you have described everything sounds fine and to be expected. Best wishes, Alex
