Is it usual to have cramping like that at 13 weeks?

Hi,
The other night I had quite uncomfortable cramping in my stomach at about 3am in the morning. It lasted about 30 minutes and went away after I went to the toilet. I am unable to get to the hospital due to my remote location but am a bit worried that there could be something wrong. Is it usual to have cramping like that at 13 weeks??
