What is the chance of going in to preterm labour again?

Hi Alex,
I was hopeing you could tell me somethings...
I am now 30 weeks pregnant and was sent to sydney at 26 weeks due to preterm labour i stayed there for 2 weeks and then I went home.. Whats the chance of going in to labour again? Is there anything Im doing to start labour? This has been a very bad pregnacy for me as I am very uncomfortable and having trouble sleeping I dont want to sound impaintent but I cant wait till I have this baby.... But at the same time I need to keep the baby safe and dont want to push it to hard and start labour again.....
Thanks again

Sarah...
Answer: Hi, Thank you for your enquiry. Yes there is a chance that you could go into premature labour again. You need to take your doctors advice and not overdo things. Once you are over 36 weeks the risk for you and the baby decreases. So it is not long now. Best wishes, Alex
