Weight loss during pregancy

When I fell pregnant I completely went off chocolate, icecream and anything generally sugary. Before I used to eat these things probably 4 - 5 times a week. At my weigh in at 15 weeks I was 1/2 kg less than before I was pregnant. I haven`t been doing much exercise due to not feeling like it. Is this ok or should I try to gain some more weight?
