Huggies 12WBT feature blog - Week 3
I started week three a little weakly. I was still feeling the effects of the recent flu so I was taking things easy. I just couldn’t get the right frame of mind. I kept thinking that maybe this new diet and exercise was the reason behind my being sick.
After the first 3 days I decided if I’m not going to do this properly then I should just stop. There is no point in going through all this and not putting in the effort. So I took a day to just reorganise my priorities.
With only a few days left of week 3 I decided I really needed to push. It was hard! I got my partner who happens to coach soccer players and WOW was it hard work. I really feel sorry for his players – he pushed me to my limits and there were moments were I wanted to give up, but I thought about all those other times I had given up and I just kept going.
But all that pain was worth it when I hopped on those scales – I lost 2.5kg this week!!
