Huggies members hit the halfway mark in 12WBT
The first round of Michelle Bridges Huggies 12 Week Body Transformation is in full swing with a little over 4 weeks to go. We are seeing some incredible weight loss and fitness results on the program. The results rolling in from our members are simply astounding.
Member KimLal posted in our forums that she has lost an astounding 18cm from her waist and 5.4kgs in just 4 weeks. Tash27 is having to rethink her goals after she smashed her long term 12 month goal of being able to run 8km in just 5 weeks!!
We are gearing up for a huge finale workout and party in Sydney on December 10th where Huggies members from all over the country will come to train and party with Mish and the team. It will be our biggest workout and party yet!
The next Huggies 12WBT will kick off in Mid January. We have some exciting developments planned for the program in the new-year which will mean next round will be our biggest and best round yet! To stay posted on the next round, register your details

SarCal – Weigh in day yesterday and I was wrapped! I have lost 9.8kg in just over 6 weeks and in the beginning I wrote down that I wanted to lose 10kg in the 12 weeks of the program. I feel great and I couldn’t have done this myself. Thankyou Mish you are the best. Now I will be losing bonus kilos , which I was going to keep doing afterwards : – )
Tesso – What an awesome program, and why didn’t we do this sooner! I’ve only lost about 4 kilos but feel so different. And the funny thing is, it hasn’t felt like I’ve been depriving myself…sure it’s been hard at times, but nothing like the other crazy diets I’ve done!!! My husband has also lost about 7 kilos, and keeps thanking me for inspiring him. And the best news is he’s not snoring anymore – Hooray!
Nicole Fraser – This ‘new way of life’ is really getting my kids (13,11,10) to think about their food choices more. They have started calling junk food ‘dead food’ as they have learnt it offers them no nutrition value. They are all trying out the meals I make and so far they have loved them all. The 3 of them love reading through the menu for each day and are really getting excited about preparing and cooking dinners (they each cook 1 dinner a week). So thank you ?
