There’s conflicting advice about the recommended intake of eggs for toddlers. But as a general rule eggs are seen as a powerhouse of protein and can be included as part of a growing child’s overall diet. But like anything else, moderation is the key. There are multiple sources of first class protein and eggs are just one example.
