Vegetable Cornish Pasties

Armed with pre-made puff pastry and a range of vegetables, you can whip up this meal that will be a sure fire hit with the kids.


  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Large Zucchini
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Sml Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin
  • 1 Cup Sweet Potatoe
  • 2 Eggs
  • Roll Out Puff Pastry or Home Made Pastrie, thinly rolled out


Place all ingredients into a food process to grate finely, once all grated put aside and cut out circles in the pastry then place mixture onto the pastry and fold over and pinch edges then place in the oven until golden brown for around 15-20 minutes depending on oven
