Hello fellow Jan Mums!

I'm Sarah, I'm 21 and live in Sydney, and had my little lady Kylara on the 28th Jan, just three days before her EDD.
Hi Sarah!

I'm Nicole, 21 live in Adelaide. My DS, Caleb, was born on the 19th. I was due on the 17th but went over!

DF and I are looking at ttc again this year.
Hello you. tongue

DP and I are considering it too, because he's 36 and wants to have kids before he's to old to run after them laugh
But I just spent a week at his sisters house with a 3yo, 18mo, and 9mo, and it was exhausting, lol.

How is your gorgeous little man?
hi girls,

Hi Lauren!
What a cool name for your little girl! Is it a variation on Aleisha, or pronounced differently?

Its pronounced El iss ia. She is always getting called Alicia. When we decided on the name i never saw the connection but now i can sort of see it. Im hoping that she doesnt have too much trouble with it and end up hating her name.
Haha, I've got a friend who has boys born in the same year and it does make me think twice lol

I'd be more worried about him keeping up with you tongue

He's great, just such an easy baby!

Welcome Serena and Lauren!

That's how I would've pronounced it. smile I asked about the Aleisha/Alicia thing wondering if thats how you got to the name, not because I thought thats how it was pronounced. I didnt make that very clear though, lol.
I think as long as people actually bother to look at her name they'll figure it out.

The amount of people that ask what my little girl's name is..
"Oh she's so precious. What's her name?"
"Kylara." (Pronouncing it really clearly 'Kye-Lara')
"What??"
"Kylara."
"Oh. Did you make that up?" and then a pause "I really like it!"
Mhm. tongue They tack the compliment on so they don't offend me, I think!
Ky's name is easy to pronounce as long as you take a second to read all the letters in the name. Otherwise she gets called Kayla or Clara. <img src='https://www.huggies.com.au/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' />

Nicole, Ky's really easy too! (Except for last night, hah...)
I reckon I could definitely tackle two youngsters, provided this one doesn't turn into a little terror.
LOL!! As soon as I posted that, she just did the biggest ripper number three. The second one for today. Understandable as she had a horrible night.
Ahahaha

When I was writing about how easy DS is he decided to start crying and wriggling around in my arms all over the place.

And now it's taken me over an hour to get him to sleep. Lol that's karma for you!
Hey, can I join in? I'm Kay, live in Tassie, have 3 daughters ... Xanthia is 4.5yrs old, Saskia is 21mths and Nardia was born on 10th Jan (was due on 21st but was brought on cuz my waters had been leaking for 3 days!)
... And (LOL) - for some funny reason we're not even considering ttc again any time in the near future!!!!
