Sleeping problems and teething Lock Rss

Hi all,

My son is almost 5 months old, and for the past few weeks has been teething. This morning I can the start of his first tooth! Yay! What a moment.

I'm just wondering though, in the last couple of weeks he has gone from being a great night sleeper (waking once a night for top-up feed) to waking 2-3, sometimes 4 times, a night.

I'm thinking it's a combination of the common "wheels fall off a bit at around 4 months" situation, and the teething.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

Hopefully once that tooth has cut all the way through, bubs will settle back down. It probably depends on how far off tooth number two is - lol. I found that DD was irritable when they were moving in her gum, but once through - she was back to normal. I might have been pretty lucky though.

DD is 3yr 8 months - DS is 6 months
