meditation Lock Rss

Hello everyone

I am new to this forum and this is my first post!

I am thinking of doing a beginner's course in Meditation. I feel that lately I let little things get to me and get upset over things I shouldn't (ie today my husband and I had a huge fight over which I feel quite silly now!) I feel like I need to relax, de-stress and start enjoying life again!

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else does meditation and whether you think it really benefits you? Does it bring you a sense of peace and calm in your daily life?
