can you help? Lock Rss

does anyone know how i can get my 3 month old to sleep through the night? she wakes every 3 hours for a feed and has never slept through. ive tried to feed her more at her 10pm feed but it just makes her wake sooner with wind and want her food b4 3 hours. i just want her to sleep from10pm to 6am. she has never slept more than 5 hours and she only did that 2 times from 8pm to 1am. what can i do? oh ive also tried rocking her back to sleep and holding off on her feeds but she wont stop screaming....

Gripe water for wind is brilliant. Is she breast fed? as I think they may feed more often? She is only 3 months old though so try and be a bit more patient.

hi Leona
My dd didnt sleep through till she was about 8mths so i know how you feel. DD has food allergies and as soon as i eliminated her allergins from my diet (mainly dairy) she started to sleep through. It may be worth looking at your diet. Hope this helps
