Recently i posted a post about day sleeps. My 10 mth old who was waking once at 5:30. He had a nap at 10 and 3 for 1 hour each. We decided to cut out a nap during the day and pushed nap time till 12 with an early lunch. That worked straight away and he was sleeping 7-7 and goin back till 8. Although now he seems to over tired during the day. He has an awake time of 4 hours... so he is up at 7, donw at 11, up at 12.. but the next sleep would be at 4. up at 5 and bed at 7? will this work? should i just push the morning sleep to 12 and hope that eventually he does 2 hours then??
