Chicken & Fish. How to cook Lock Rss

Hey people, i was just wondering how everyone cooks their chicken and fish.
Damon is 5.5mths old and eats everything that is put in front of him. He is now on 3 solid meals a day but i really want to start introducing these two foods.
Staek and lamb i casserole but i have heard that chicken and fish should be boiled.
I never tried my older two on a variety of meat and found it difficult to get them to eat much meat. i don't want the same issue with Damon...........

Hey Nicole

I cook fish for Jazmyn by putting a fish fillet into a small amount of milk in a saucepan and cook until milk is boiling/fish flakes away. Then just chop up the fish (checking for any bones of course) & its ready to eat. I serve it with mashed vegies. As for chicken, I cooked up chicken mince when Jaz was about 6 months & only now am giving her peices of chicken as finger food.
Hope that helps you out.
