Hi, my baby is now 7 1/2 months and one month ago I was going through the same thing. My husband and I tried all different bottles, teats, cups etc but in the end the lady who babysits for us said bring him to my house one day when he is due for a feed (hungry) with his bottle and guess what - the little bugger drunk the whole bottle yet played up on us for weeks while we were trying to get him to drink it. So maybe you could try this or at least give bub to someone else in an environment they are not used to and leave the room so bub can't see or smell you.
good luck, if all else fails my clinic nurse told me to let him go hungry until he would just take the bottle - sounds a bit cruel though! - sometimes you have to be cruel to be nice I guess.
