Any suggestions for recipes for a 7-8 month old Lock Rss

Hi,

If you have any quick and easy recipes I would love to hear from you. Breakfast, lunch or tea. I'm sure my 7 1/2 month old would really appreciate it, she must be sick of plain old mashed veges.

What about a beef casserole.
Cut up 250 grams of beef into chunks.
cut up 1 potato.
same size pumpkin piece.
1 swede or turnip
1 carrot
add peas if you like. Any vegetables
half a cup of soup mix( barley and split peas and lentls)
I cup of beef stock, salt reduced if you like then enough water to cover.
Cook until its all cooked through and blend together into a mushy puree. And freeze in the ice cube trays.

Or:
Mash 2 medium potato.
Add 90 -125 grams of red salmon or tuna.
add creamed corn and freeze.
Add some cheese with that after you defrost.
