How much is too much? Lock Rss

Hi this might be a silly question - but I'm not sure of the quantity of food I should be giving my 5 mth old? She has lunch and dinner at the moment, usually 2 - 3 cubes of fruit/veg and/or rice cereal. She really enjoys eating and has never turned her head away to say 'no more'. I'm worried if I kept feeding her she would have too much. I know each bub is different but need a rough guide so not to under/overfeed her.

Any help would be great!!

We have discussed this in our mother's group. We all agreed that if our bubby has had enough they show signs like turning their heads from side to side, pursing their lips, gagging or crying. We also thought it was the type of food like farex and fruit - 3 tablespoons, veges - 6 tablespoons etc. I guess Charlie will let you know. Good Luck!
