HELP!!! Lock Rss

My little man in the past had a very bad reaction to being put onto formula, we tried a few different ones (Heinz, S26, Karicare) but to no avail, with each one he still ended up in hospital within a few days of being put back onto formula. After his fourth stay in hospital I went back to exclusiveyl breastfeeding him and we had no troubles. The specialist said it was due to the fact that his digestive system and intestines were not mature enough to digest the formula, then he was diagnosed as having reflux at 5.5 months. Now I am heading back to uni full time and I am having no sucess wih expressing and am dreading putting him back on formula, does anyone have any idea which one is the easiest to digest or advice on which to try?????
Your opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Butterflygirl,
If your son is over 6 months now, you can try diluted cows milk(50% milk, 50% boiled water), but you will need to add pentavite (vitamin liquid from the chemists). If this doesn't work, it could be that he is allergic to lactose. You may have to try goats milk, or soy. Which ever you chose, I would dilute it first. Good luck. I hope you find something that works for you and him soon.
