headaches Lock Rss

I am just in my second trimester and I am having twins. The last few weeks I have noticed that I am getting headaches more frequently. Obviuosly maybe due to the recent hot weather. I have been taking 1 panadol only when required. I have been probably taking around 3 per week.

Was wondering what other remedies you might suggest. Also, will these panadols affect me and my babies in a bad way?
Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry. It is quite safe to take Paracetemol during pregnancy and it may be worth taking the recommended dose to properly relieve the headache rather than suffering. During the warmer weather also ensure that you drink plenty of water as you can get dehydrated that could contribute to headaches. Cool showers and a bit of a rest may also help.

Best wishes,
Alex.
