wanting to fall pregnant Rss

Me and my partner have been trying for another baby we have a 16 mth old son already. We have been trying for 5 months now how can we increse our chances of falling pregnant again? should we see a doctor yet?

Thank you for your enquiry. On average it takes a normal healthy couple at least 6 months to fall pregnant and it can take up to 12 months for no apparent reason. Try no to worry too much. A healthy diet, plenty of rest and some regular exercise for both of you gives you a good chance of falling pregnant. If you are not successful and it is getting towards 12 months, then you need to see your GP for further advice.
