Desperate for answers Lock Rss

Hi Alex,
Iv been using an ovulation microscope for a few months now and it has been working as it should do until now - for the past 6 days it has been full on ferning! i was told that ovulation is nowhere near this long so i thought maybe im pregnant, i took a test which came back negative...
How many days/weeks should a test come back possitive???
What do you think the ferning could be? pregnancy or something else???
If you do get ferning as a result of pregnancy, how far along will it show up? (before a test would be possitive?)
And last but not least - if its a sign of AF turning up then how long is it meant to fern for???
Sorry bout the 20 questions im just desperate for answers as i am going nutts wondering:S

Thanks, From Amber:)

Hi Amber,
Thank you for your enquiry. Sometimes a woman can experience problems with fertility because of hormone imbalances. This causes many signs of ovulation and other hormone changes to be inaccurate. Ferning can occur during a cycle but it may not be a definite sign of ovulation. Your hormone levels can be fluctuating but actual ovulation is not happening. You really need to consult your specialist to discuss you symptoms and concerns and hopefully they will be able to offer a solution.
Best wishes,
Alex.
