Thank you for your enquiry. You could try keeping track of the first day of your period to see if it is regular. A woman usually ovulates 14 days prior to her period. You could also check your mucous for signs of changes – it becomes clear and stringy during ovulation. It is also not advisable to have sex too frequently as this can prevent the sperm from getting mature enough. So every second day is more than enough!
